Please honor the 24-hour cancellation policy:

Scope of Services (Non-Medical / Non-Therapeutic Disclaimer)

All offerings—including intuitive mentorship, energy work, bodywork, readings, and classes—are holistic and complementary in nature. These services are not a substitute for medical care, mental health treatment, psychological counseling, physical therapy, or any licensed healthcare service.


Yaritza does not diagnose, treat, or claim to cure any physical, emotional, or mental condition.

Personal Responsibility & Voluntary Participation

By booking or participating, you acknowledge that you are engaging voluntarily and are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and energetic well-being before, during, and after sessions. You agree to listen to your body, honor your boundaries, and communicate any discomfort or concerns.

Liability Release

By receiving any service, you agree to release and hold harmless Yaritza Zamuria from all liability related to:

  • Emotional, physical, or energetic responses during or after a session

  • Choices or actions made based on guidance received

  • Any outcomes resulting from your participation in sessions, mentorship, or classes

All offerings are provided in good faith for personal, spiritual, and energetic development.

Confidentiality

All personal information and session content will remain confidential unless you provide written consent or disclosure is required by law.

Cancellation Policy

Please honor the value of our time together:

  • A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Late cancellations (under 24 hours) are non-refundable.

LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE: Yaritza Zamuria Healing Services

By booking, participating in, or receiving any services offered by Yaritza Zamuria, including but not limited to Himalayan Kriya Yoga, yoga instruction, breathwork, sound healing, vibroacoustic massage, intuitive card readings, energy work, mentorship, and related spiritual or somatic practices, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Nature of Services

I understand that the services provided are holistic, spiritual, and educational in nature and are intended to support personal growth, selfawareness, relaxation, and energetic balance.

These services are not a substitute for medical care, mental health care, psychotherapy, diagnosis, or treatment, and Yaritza Zamuria does not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological conditions.

2. Personal Responsibility

I acknowledge that my participation is voluntary, and I take full responsibility for my physical, emotional, mental, and energetic wellbeing during and after each session.

I agree to listen to my body, honor my limits, and communicate openly if I feel discomfort or need to stop or modify any practice.

3. Physical & Emotional Risks

I understand that practices such as yoga, breathwork, sound therapy, energy work, and intuitive processes may involve physical movement, emotional release, altered states of awareness, or energetic sensations.

While these experiences are generally gentle and supportive, I acknowledge that any physical or emotional practice carries some inherent risk, including but not limited to:

muscle soreness or strain

emotional responses or releases

fatigue, dizziness, or lightheadedness

I accept full responsibility for any reactions that may occur.

4. Medical Disclosure

I confirm that I have disclosed any relevant medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, mental health concerns, or medications that may affect my participation.

I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a licensed healthcare professional if I have concerns about participating in these services.

5. No Guarantees

I understand that results vary from person to person, and no guarantees are made regarding outcomes, healing, or transformation.

6. Release of Liability

I hereby release, waive, and discharge Yaritza Zamuria from any and all claims, demands, damages, or liability arising from my participation in these services, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Intuitive Readings Disclaimer

I understand that intuitive readings are offered for guidance, reflection, and spiritual insight only. Any decisions I make based on a reading are my sole responsibility.

8. Confidentiality

All personal information shared during sessions is held with respect and confidentiality, except where disclosure is required by law.

9. Consent

By booking or participating in services, I confirm that:

I am at least 18 years of age

I have read and understood this agreement
