What is a Kriya?
A kriya is a cleansing and purifying practice that helps clear and activate the Nadis, the body’s energy channels. Kriya’s energy body blueprint mirrors the same system used in Chinese medicine and acupuncture.
In Himalayan Kriya Yoga, we consciously work with the Elemental Spirit of Fire to energize vitality, burn through energetic impurities, and dissolve distortions that give rise to pain, suffering, and imbalance within the physical and subtle bodies.
